    Whoa! I haven’t ever exercised. I m 61, with RA, just lost 30 kg (need to lose more), but I need to start moving. This is a good start.

    Standing on one leg is almost impossible right now (but am hopeful for the future). Do you still get benefit from that exercise if you have to keep a hand on the chair most of the time for balance? Love the scenery. It’s a meditation in itself.

    Mike - I find going some of these balance ones are my most challenging but continue to do them - just not daily. I chuckled when you say to not get distracted!! How can one NOT get distracted with such a beautiful view, and then have a 'roo run down the road across the pond! 😄 Is this what you have for your own backyard?

      Every other day.. Focus on increasing the weight over time, while ensuring good exercise technique.
